Spitting???

I watch a little girl who will be 14 months old on the 30th and spits all over the place.  Not drools, actually spits.  On my DD, on the floor and all over my DD's toys.  Is this normal?  What should I do?

Spits like making raspberries, or like a big wet spitball flying out? lol  I've never seen DS spit but he does do raspberries sometimes, on my shoulder, or in the air once in a while. I think he just likes the noise. I'd just keep saying No, and take away whatever she spits on so maybe she will learn that if she spits on it, it goes away. GL!

for sure not raspberries.  it is easier to explain if i actually do it, but it is just like you and i would spit.  like pheee, pheee, pheee and spits.  it is driving my nuts.  it isn't even when she is chewing on things it is just at random times but when it is on DD while she is sitting in her chair it makes me mad.  i know she doesn't know what she is doing but i just wondered if it was normal or strange.
