you should definitely check out this chiropractor I've been going to. I initially went there for the pain/burning/numb sensation in my shoulders and back, that I'm pretty sure Kendall is responsible for. In the process I discovered that my hip and left glute were really weak and rolling inward, which was what was causing a lot of knee pain when I run. I've been 4 times in the last two weeks. My ins. covers it so I only have a $25 copay each time. I feel like a new woman!
It's not a typical chiro in that they don't spend the whole time cracking your spine and bones. They actually do more with your muscles with Active Release Technique, but I do get a small adjustment at the end of each session for now. Today I also got to meet with the kinesiologist to learn new excercises to strengthen my hip and then I got to finish up with 15 minutes of heat therapy. Felt like I was at the spa!
Anyway, here's the link in case you're interested.
