Naps?

Typically DS takes 3 naps a day. It's about 30 min past when he takes his first and he's showing no signs of wanting to sleep. I put him in the crib during his typical time and he is just fussing, playing and crying at times. Should I leave him till he sleeps or let him play more?

Have any of you dropped to two naps a day yet if you were at 3? How do I "schedule" them?

Oh, he's 71/2 months.

I think dd went to two naps at around 7 months...

I would just wait to put him down until he's tired - him being able to stay awake longer is him adjusting his schedule  No sense in trying to put him down when he's not tired, right?

Maybe just try keeping him up a bit longer?

if he is tired, i would maybe just put him in there and see what happens. we feverized dd at 6 months for naps and she went down to 2 naps around 7 months. now she is 11 months, and she is taking 1, maybe 2 naps.

That's ok. He only was "asleep" about 2 minutes before he started screaming. He wont stop screaming like he's in pain. I gave him Tylenol about an hour and fifteen minutes ago. I dont know what to do.
