nothing as fun as that! I have to get caught up on laundry and work, and we may take ds to the beach tomorrow. Oh, and I think we're going out to dinner tonight to my favorite restaurant.
Enjoy the shower!

My mom is coming in to visit from NY and my shower is on Sunday. It was planned a bit early so that mom could be surprised and be a part of the festivities. I am sooooooo excited and she is going to have a blast!
I have my shower tomorrow. I am very excited to see friends and family (and of course, all the cute baby stuff!)
what is everyone else doing?
Are you having the shower in your new house? Have you gotten totally settled yet?
My Dad is coming up Sunday for an overnight visit - we'll take him out for a nice dinner for his birthday (he's 71 today). Other than that, just more organizing/cleaning around the house. OH - and we're going to see the Rays play the Texas Rangers tonight

I will be working on my house this weekend. I swear, it is the neverending project. My dad will be home from yet another vacation this Sunday, so hopefully he will help me next week too. I have to squeeze it in before September when he leaves to go to Florida for a month. I have almost given up any hope that the house renovation will be completed before LO arrives.

I need to do laundry and clean the bathroom. No fun at all!
My next project is to get our wedding thank you notes addressed. We've been married a little over 3 months and they haven't been mailed yet. They were written within 2 weeks of our wedding. Ugh!
Other than those not so fun things, we have nothing planned.

Maybe packing and lining up an apartment to live in while we shop for a new house or maybe cleaning the house so that we can start showing it again. We don't know. The realtor for our buyer hasn't gotten back to us after the home inspection. We were just told, "there are a couple of things". If a couple of things are replacing a light switch or something like that, fine. If it's, we want you to replace all of the windows- the deal is off.

As much as I wanted it at our new place, I am glad we didn't. It's a bit of disaster area right now. Plus, the A/C crapped out on us over the weekend (of course, during the one heat wave we've had up here this summer). It will be at my parents' house. They live only 25 minutes away.
My birthday is Sunday-- I'll be 36! My mom and DH are taking me to a nice brunch. I guess that's about it, other than resting and waiting for Caleb to make his appearance!
