Potty training tips?

Does anyone have any potty training tips? Things that worked for them?

    Starting early!  DD was on the potty at 10 days old.  She grew up on the thing.. never had an aversion, was in panties a few hours a day by 7 months.  After 8 months I didn't have to change any more poopy diapers.  It was great. 

    Look up EC if you're interested for your baby that is still in utero.

    If you're asking about training an older child, some more info would be really useful.  Age/what you've already tried/etc.
