Ugh! Just so frustrated. Was looking forward to spending a three-day weekend with DH and the LO at the shore. However, the court system never seems to be too effective - they sent a notice of trial to my client instead of to me. Now I am desperately praying that they postpone the trial which is scheduled for Monday! If they dont postpone, Ill have to work tomorrow

Good luck! I would hope that the client not handing over the trial notice would be good cause for a postponement.
