Help with Candy Quiz!

My department at work is having a little team building exercise.  We are doing a candy quiz and there are several we can't figure out! 

First some examples:

 - Infant and Girls Name = Baby Ruth

 - Roman god of war = Mars

 - Nutty Happiness = Almond Joy

Here are the ones we can't figure out!

 - Surprise Ending Story Guy = ????

 - Surpressed, Derisive Laughter = ???

 - City in PA and Gentle Light Caress = ??

 - Harmonious Composition = ??

 - South American Mountains and Coin Makers = something mint?

 - Periodic Recompence = payday?

 - Aquatic Reptiles = ??

 - Advocate of all measures to avoid hostility = ??

 - Decimal points = ??

 - Peanuts (In the South) = ??

 - The expanse of the heavens = ??

 - Nothing = ??

The only thing is I have Milky Way on two of them.  I have it for "Luminous Band of Stars" and "The Expanse of the Heavens".  I have Starburst for another one so that can't be it.  Any thoughts?
