Help! Medela PISA not working?! Anyone else?

For the past few weeks, my pump has been temperamental in starting up. I'll have to jiggle with the plug connector and turn it off and on until it finally starts up. It's been getting worse lately and now I can't even start it! It worked this morning though. Has this happened to anyone else? What could I do? I know I use it a lot, but it has only been 7 months. This thing should work better for longer for the price.

Call them - I've heard their customer service is fantastic.  They'll help you know what needs to be replaced.

They are helpful! They said they'll send a replacement motor and it should come tomorrow. However, I probably have to buy a hand pump tonight to get me through a full work day tomorrow. It could be worse though.

Good luck!  I'm glad they were able to help you.  The motor definitely shouldn't go after 7 months.  Also, my PISA came with a hand pump.  Are you sure you don't have one somewhere (though maybe you set it aside when you opened everything)?

Wow, that's nice!  Mine didn't - you must have gotten the special version or something.
