So I tried later after I went back to sleep for 3 hours but I didn?t sleep very soundly so I figured that was not an accurate reading either. Now my plan is to set an alarm for 4:30 which is working fine but I am getting temps like 96.21. Before it was always around 97.93 (when i did it at 5am and 8am).
Is this too weird. Should I not take it this early, I go to bed around 12ish.

Edit: Think i hit the keyboard on accident and it did something crazy. sorry...
IMHO, take your temp at 5am, when your hubs wakes up, before talking or moving too much. It takes 2 minutes and then you know its accurate.
My alarm is set for 5:30, even on weekends, I just go back to sleep.
Thanks I am glad i am not alone!
My chart
I tend to have fairly low temps as well so I wouldn't worry to much about that. Your higher temps were likely due to getting up and walking around etc.
I have my alarm set for 5:30 everyday (even weekends) if I'm not getting up I just go back to sleep after I take my temp.
GL!
