Just wanted to say congrats on the kitten. Also I live on Long Island and have worked for a bunch of Vets so if you ever have any questons feel free to ask. I actually also wanted to make sure that the kitty has been dewormed. Only because some intestinal parisites can be contagious to humans. I am sure Brook is in love and gives her tons on kisses which is one way to get them. If not just call any vet and have her examined most will give them a pill at the first appt. Oh where on earth are there Alpaca in Brooklyn? My grandparents lived there and I visited every weekend and never saw that.

Thanks for the info!  I'll have to check, she had her first vet visit yesterday and got some shots and I think she has to go back on 9/2.

Alpaca's look like llama's but are smaller. I'm pretty sure that is what Brook is feeding in your Siggy.
