Hi ladies,

I'm a Colorado Nestie who got married later in life and, at 40 years young, we're TTC.  After a year of trying (including 3 IUIs), we're now in an IVF program and are going to cycle this fall. Just wanted to say "hello"!

     ::waves from about 25 miles away from you::  Welcome!  I'm 38 and DH is 39 for about 5 more weeks and we are TTC#1.  We met and got married later in life ourselves.  I think you'll enjoy this board it is full of wonderful ladies.

    I'm a little uncomfortable with this pregnant "me" avatar. I mean, I want to be pregnant, but this seems kind of cruel. I might actually have to post a photo.

    Welcome!! I am also a late starter...DH and I are both 39...I just went through my first IVF so if you have any questions ask away...these women are awesome!!!

    Welcome!  I agree, the avatar is kinda cruel.  I changed mine immediately once the Nest morphed into the Bump!  Good luck TTC with us other latecomers!

    Welcome to the +35 board!  I am 36 and DH is 34 (I'm robbing the cradle!) and we are TTC #1.  I put a picture up instead of the default avatar...although they have others to choose from if you like.  I wanted no part of that cartoon pregnant lady!

    We got married later in life, too. I'm 39 (for about 3 more months) and DH is 41. We've been TTC since December, and will probably try IUI next cycle...although I'm hoping for a hail mary BFP!

    The avatar is pretty yucky, I agree.

    You'll like it here! But I hope your stay is short.

    Well hello there!  I robbed the cradle.  I'm 39 and DH is 36.  Glad you decided to join us.  IMO we are definitely most laid back group on the Bump.

    I know what you mean about the avatar.  I changed mine immediately.  In case you can't tell it's the Sprite from Fantasia 2000's Firebird Suite...she's so darn fertile.  I hope some of it rubs off on all of us!!!
