It was a cardio/strength combo class. We started out doing three laps around the gym then straight into jump ropes, then into steps and then lunges. We did all this 3 times with other stuff thrown in.
I had to stop at about 40 minutes into it because my ears started ringing. My friend noticed me playing with my ears and told me to go sit down. I sat for about 5 minutes and then decided to walk on the treadmill. My heartrate was at 150 at that point.
I did go back into the class and finish, just a little slower.
My legs are burning! From doing nothing to this was probably crazy, but I had fun.
