Biting Help

We got another incident report from daycare yesterday that Sarah had bitten someone, again.  It's the third time in about a month she's done this.  She IS teething - 4 teeth are coming in at once...Anyway, the daycare center has a policy of x bites and the child needs to be removed from the daycare center until the behavior has been resolved.  The problem is, she has never bitten anyone at home.  How can I teach Sarah not to bite when she's never done it to me or DH?  

Any suggestions?
