rash and swimming

Little guy has a rash on his belly and back - going to dr today - just curious if anyone else has had a rash and a swimming date.  Would you still take him to a chlorinated pool?  Seems to me like it might irritate. 

I'll be asking the Doc today, just curious others' thoughts.

I wouldn't go back to the pool til after the rash is clear.  I read something about this in Parents magazine at the beginning of the summer.  Sorry, I don't remember what.  But if you get the magazine you might scan through past issues.
