'Helper' to come in and help with my twins...anyone done this? Where did you search/advertise?
I live in Morris County and I am going to be looking for a 'helper' to come to my house for around 4-5 hours a day to help me out once I have my twins. Problem is, I have no idea where to start looking for someone! Has anyone done this? Where did you start your search/advertise? Do you have any suggestions? How much did you pay per hour?

I am not hiring anyone but I helped new moms all through college with their babies! I am actually doing it again now that I quit my job as a teacher and am staying home with the baby. But anyways I went through craigslist, sittercity, and care.com. All of them were great! Word of mouth also always works. If you have any friends that use a sitter p/t you might be able to get them the rest of the time. When I sat for newborn twins I was charging 13 an hour. Hope that helps!
