Progesterone Suppository question
I don't really post here, but I lurk. I have a question and I figured this would be the best place to ask it.
I thought "lightning crotch" was normal, but realized it's normal in the 3rd tri. I had what I thought was lightning crotch from a few days after my IUI until I m/c. With this PG I have had it again, but it's 10 weeks in and I'm still getting it.
I did some research on it and realized it's not something that happens in 1st tri and what I am experiencing is NOT lightning crotch.
It's like someone is pinching and pulling hard on my cervix from the outside. I compare it to the tenaculm used during my IUI's (although it's not quite as painful).
Could this be from the PS? Do you think they are aggravating my cervix and causing it? Did anyone else have anything like this happen during the first tri? I know I'm stopping the PS in a few days, but I just want some reassurance. My OB thought it might be a bacterial infection, but my urine came back clean. He didn't seem concerned, so I'm not - I'm mostly curious.
I wasn't able to find any info doing a google search.
I have to run, but will be back in about an hour to check responses.

I remember feeling that to. I am not sure what it was. It only happened a few times and I thought it was lighting crotch so I didn't worry. I could have been from the PS I took that till 12 weeks. I didn't pay attention to when the pinching feeling stopped.
So I guess I am not much help other then I am doing fine now.
