Cheapest place to buy assorted cookie cutters?

I'm looking for an assortment of 2" - 4" cookie cutters, like letters, basic shapes, holiday shapes, cars, boats, flowers, etc.  I swear I saw an assortment of 100+ for about $16 in a Constructive Playthings catalog, but I don't see it on their website.  Any ideas?

I am way late in repsonding but I have a box of 100 cookie cutters in all shapes, letters, and holidays.  They are by Wilton and I got them at Bed, Bath & Beyond a couple years ago.  Check there or maybe Hobby Lobby or Michaels.
