I stopped bf'ing (a singleton) in May and didn't actually leak for very long. I could still express some milk just when checking to see if there was still milk there, but didn't leak. I've heard that the presence of milk can last a while though.
Are you still needing to wear nursing pads, or is it just very small amounts?
I quit around mid-December and got pg before I ever quit producing small amounts of milk (had to squeeze). I would maybe have your hormone levels checked. Not sure how long you're "supposed" to leak after weaning, but a girl on another site I visit was still leaking (with letdown even) 1 year later, turns out her prolactin levels were out of wack.
Its just a small ammount and I haven't worn pads for since maybe January. If it continues much longer I'm definately calling the dr. I did notice today that it happens more often when I have a hysterical baby on my hands.
