im hiring a housekeeper this fall.  im going back to work next week and i know i cannot keep up with a toddler, teaching and being a wife.  i NEED someone to do the "dirty" work.

now off to make it work into the stretched budget.

I gave up, too, and I don't even have a toddler!  I am just too sick and tired to clean.  My lady is coming Wednesday for the first time and I am so, so excited.

You won't regret it, I promise. I did the same thing a few weeks ago, and it changed my life, lol. It's so worth having not only the extra time to spend with DD, but also my sanity.

Dude, I'm not even working right now AND my kid isn't even here yet and I am having a lady come clean my house.

Poor DH has taken over everything but he's getting tired from his long hours at work and shuttling me to doctors appointments.

i was on zofran from 6 weeks until 20 weeks.  its part of the reason why we will be putting off #2 for awhile.  i didnt get out of bed, never decorated the house we moved into.  still behind.

When I was in the hospital, DH and I very seriously talked about making this our one and only. At this point, we're not even discussing a #2.

You will not regret it!  DH and I compromised and she comes every 3 weeks.  I do a wipe down and the floors every week in between....it is AMAZING.  She even cleans my windows and the inside of my fridge!  You will love it!

My lady (plus two others) just came yesterday for the first time, and Wee, it was a lifesaver.  I feel like_shiit every day still and I came home to a sparkling clean house.  I didn't have to lift a finger!  They even cleaned out the toaster and fan.  I was impressed.

For pp, I am in Carlsbad, but my lady charged $75 to clean our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house.  1,800 square feet, two stories.

It is so worth it!  We haven't actually had anyone since right before DD was born, but I've had people off and on, and it makes such a difference.  You will not regret it.
