Decided on a girl name.. (i hope!)

We have decided on a girl name for our little one who is expected to arrive in December!!

 Natalia Alyse Ninotti

 She will be called Talia for NN. My Mom plans on calling her Talia from the time she is born but I really like the full Natalia name. Hopefully not many of her friends will call her "Nat" or "Natty" because that just sounds bad with Ninotti .

I know some don't agree with having the same initial for the first and last names but I think it sounds fine. It actually sounds better than going with a name that has the letter "n" towards the end of the first name such as "Gianna Ninotti" that is more of a tongue twister IMO.

My concern is the middle name. It it pronounced like Alice, or Elise?

It is pronounced like Elise. It is an actual name, not made up .

And I don't know why people have issues with alliterative names. My DH is a Christopher C., and it sounds fine.

It's a beautiful name!  I love both names, but DD's middle name is Alyse (spelled the same way) so I'm a little biased towards that one )

My first name and maiden name were the same letter and I never thought twice about it until coming on this board. No one ever made a comment about it. My DD's name is Sarah and our last name starts with S. No biggie
