Tonight is night one without the binks - we told ALex they are still packed in our luggage from vacation and I can't find them. So far, so good, so I want to leave him a letter from the binky fairy saying she came to get them. Here's what I have -obviously I will be reading it to him but I want to keep a copy and make it a cute keepsake for when he's older, so I don't want it to be lame. Thoughts?
(The strings mentioned are old bumper ties that he rubs as he falls asleep.)

Dear Alex,
You have gotten to be such a big boy. You are three years old and do so many big-kid things, like learning karate and going to school! I can tell you are also ready to stop using your binkies at night. You took really good care of them, so I came to get them tonight and I am going to take them to a new little baby who needs a binky. I am so proud of you for sharing your special binkies with others, so I am going to bring you a very special surprise present tonight. I know you might miss your pacifiers sometimes, but I know you?ll be just fine without them. Plus, you still have your strings on your bed to touch and help you feel better when you need some help. Thanks for being such a sharing, nice boy!
Love and pixie dust,
The Binky Fairy
