I love spinach salads with bleu cheese and warm bacon dressing.

Spinach or romaine with blue cheese, dried cranberries and walnuts.

Spinach with balsamic vinegrette, dried cranberries, feta, and pecans.

This sounds like an odd combination but it is really good.  Romain lettuce, fresh grapefruit segments, toasted almonds and any store bought poppyseed dressing.  You can also add grilled chicken slices that have been chilled.
