Tylenol PM Hangover

Anyone find a cure for this?? Im always SO tired and in a fog the next day with no energy to do anything. I only take one Tylenol PM when I take it.

Are you using it for pain or just to help you sleep?  If it's just to get sleep, have you tried Unisom instead?  Unisom does not give me that "hangover" feeling at all.  I also have really bad restless leg right now and Tylenol PM makes it worse, while Unisom does not.  My doctor okayed taking up to 25mg before bed to help me sleep. 

If, by chance, you also have problems with restless leg, get the Unisom with the active ingredient "Doxylamine Succinate" as that does not aggravate RLS.  Products with "Diphenhydramine" (i.e. some Unisom's, Tylenol PM, & Benadryl) aggravate RLS.

Yes, just to sleep. I have Unisom that I used a lot in first and second tri but it DID aggravate my RLS like you said..it has Diphenhydramine it it.  Ill look for the other kind though! Doxylamine Succinate is safe?

Yes, my OB told me to specifically try Doxylamine Succinate Unisom before the Diphendydramine one.  If you want, ask your doctor as well to be sure.
