3-Day Potty Training ??

Hi! I've never been on this board, but I'm from the NJ board. ::waving::

I'm really interested in trying this method with my twins. They're taking their diapers off before peeing (and pooping) and making a mess everywhere, so I might as well give it a try! 

I think I get the basic jist of the method: lots of liquids, NO diapers day/night, stop liquids 3 hours before bed, constant supervision, positive reinforcements, prepare to stay home a couple days. I don't have the actual book, any other tips I really need?

Did it work for you? What about eating before bed? They go to bed early and usually eat dinner about an hour befoe bed. Thanks for your help!
