Question for a friend

Can riding on a motorcycle cause a miscarriage? I'm aware of the obvious risk of a wreck, but I'm talking about the mere action of riding on a seat and possible bumping up and down a little.

    No, you'd have the same bumpy ride in a car.  An accident (car or motorcycle) yes depending on the trauma.

    Ok, thanks. My poor friend is getting slammed on facebook by some know-it-alls who are preaching about how they know because they have a billion kids and she isn't a mother yet. I'm not going to say anything, I was just starting to wonder myself.

    There are a lot of those types of people.  That's why I keep some things to myself.

    My DH rides a harley and I sit pretty on the back (haha) and my doctor said beside the risk of a accident it was safe. I am playing it safe though and not riding anymore. Eventhough I know it is ok I just don't want to risk it. It is a personal choice. GL to your friend!
