Actually it's a link... I typed it out in my blog and I'm too lazy to copy and paste it here.

But here's a brief breakdown:
The good ? induction was NOT terrible and I progressed quickly.
The bad ? labor pre-epidural made me nauseous; needed oxygen towards the very end.
The ugly ? 4th degree tear to my rectum. Bad. VERY bad. I'm in a lot of pain.
The BEST ? it was ALL worth it for my precious son.
Re: My Birth Story
Your baby looks just perfect! So glad all is well. Hopefully you will heal quickly! OUCH!!!!!!!! That must really hurt!!
What a story, Robyn! You had me all the way up to the 4th degree tear! LOL....you poor thing. I am sure you're in good hands and will heal just fine...and I'm sure its all a distant memory now that you have Aaron in your arms.
Keep us posted on your recovery!
Congrats to you and your family! I hope the recovery goes well. Enjoy your little miracle!!
Wow....just WOW! Even though you're suffering through an awful tear, you still made your experience sound wonderful! You have such a wonderful attitude and outlook!
Welcome to motherhood!
Bless your heart! Stay on top of those pain meds! I enjoyed reading about your delivery. Aaron is a big, beautiful baby. So glad things went so well for both of you (aside from the tear). Wishing you a speedy recovery!
Well done, Robyn!
Thanks, everyone.
Honestly until my doctor told me that I'd torn so badly, the labor & delivery went really well. My husband and nurse were so impressed with me?and my speedy progress.
My doctor said I tore vaginally (not as badly) and then she did an episiotomy but she didn't realize my rectum had been so badly damaged until she began stitching. It took a while, since she had another patient there and the other baby was in distress so she took care of that baby before finishing with me.
I'm online now because I just ate.
And the best part of the hospital where I am: My mom's close friend is a baby nurse here. So Lois (family friend) is my son's nurse today! And I'm getting special treatment. The biggest room, lots of freebies. It's good to "know someone".

4th degree? Ouch!
I'm happy for you that he's finally here!
Hooray! Awesome story Robyn! Sorry to hear about the 4th degree tear though. Mine was only a 3rd degree and my a$$ still hurts, so I can't even imagine how sore you must be.
At least you've got that precious boy to remind you that it was all worth it. Just follow doctor's orders and take it easy.
And remember that the squirt bottle and Tuck's pads are your friends

4th degree?? Holy Shee-it woman. Speedy recovery to you.
Wow, just wow. Your story was amazing and I am so happy for you and your DH. You have a beautiful baby. Here's to a speedy recovery.

Congratulations Robyn! So glad the delivery went relatively well, even with the induction. 9 pounds is one large boy, no wonder you tore. Sorry about that, I hope it heals soon! Your son is beautiful. Enjoy the little miracle!
Great job, mom! And ouch... that sounds more than a little uncomfortable..
Your son is adorable!
Congratulations Robyn! I feel for you about your tear. Mine was only a 2nd degree & I was miserable. The first poop was terrifying, actually the first few were. You are right though, all worth it. Aaron is a big boy. Did you know he was going to be that big?
Hope you heal quickly & keep taking the stool softeners & if you are miserable just look at your baby.
