I don't listen to kid music either so they are exposed to my music a lot...it used to be okay but sometimes when Natalie sings the lyrics (like to Poker Face) it's not so good. Like me she can remember the lyrics to songs after just hearing them once or twice. Again..awkward!
We don't listen to kid music, either. My parents think we're turning them into devil worshippers by exposing them to rock. They promptly went and bought a veggie tales bible songs cd for their car.
Re: Speaking of Justin Timberlake
Jackson loves that song - but I tell everyone it's b/c it was #1 on the day he was born.
We don't listen to kid music at all, so he was dancing to No Diggity with me today. I'm probably a bad parent.
Benjamin LOVES my music. I've started downloading the non-explicit versions of everything, because, well, my 3 year old:
Makes the Good Girls Go Bad,
Likes it Rough, and is
Walkin' on the Moon.
Sometimes, he brings sexy back...
Oops.
At least he doesn't want to take a ride on a disco stick...
