A ? about grants..

How many of you have applied for grants?  And how many have actually received grants?  I'm curious, I think I want to apply for one once we get to that stage.

    I'm in the process of applying for 3.... They vary in the amounts-but I'll take anything I can get!

    We applied for one and were turned down.  They said that they had an overwhelming number of applicants.

    We applied for and were given a grant.That is the only way we have been able to pursue adopting. Now we're just waiting and waiting. So hard! We started our process last May.
