Re: Clicky Poll

  • We took B when she was two I think.

To me, if your kid doesn't really sit still for even a 10-30 minute show, don't bother. If they do, then they'll probably like it.

  • I think she would like it but I haven't taken her yet.  We do watch movies together at night and most of the time she sits and watches.  I don't like going to the movie theater and only go once or twice a year so it will probably be a while until I take her.

  • I haven't taken dd yet and she will be 4 in a few months. She loves movies and I know she will sit still through the whole thing.  Our issue is that she is a motor mouth.  There is no way she could possibly stop talking for that long.
  • We've gone to see:

    Bolt

    Hotel for dogs

Desperaux (this one was too dramatic/suspenseful and DH had to leave with her)

  • We took dd to see the Tale of Desperaux (sp?) at 2.5 and she did really well. But she is also mesmorized by cartoons/movies and would sit and watch it all day if I let her.
    Child #1: 6 yo DD Child #2: 2yo DD
  • Each of our 2 DD's saw their first movie just after they turned 3.  Prior to that, I felt they were too young.
  • Do you have an AMC? They have free kids movies every tues/wed morning. We did that bc 1. It is free so who cares if they don't sit through it 2. No one cares if your kid cries or talks. We saw Charlottes Web and Madagascar 2. He loved both!
