Sorry to hear that. I am not quite there yet but I believe that it eventually gets better. A lot of people have told me that the first 12-16 weeks are the worst.
For me the big shift from surviving to living came around 3-4 months when the baby started STTN.
Once I started getting sleep myself I could handle everything so much better.
Be kind to yourself.
Cut yourself some slack.

Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare everyone. I figured you all knew it would be hard. There's good days and bad days just like there was with the first baby. Yesterday was just one of the hard ones.
Shell, thank you ~ I figured you would have something encouraging to say. I appreciate it!
Yup, it does get better. Some days are really good for us, others are days where I count the MINUTES until DH gets home.
Today - not a good day. DS is NOT napping, and tonight is my night out. This means that it'll take FOREVER to put him down for bed, and I won't be able to go out......UGH, I hate days like this........
Hang in there - for me, it gets better after they turn 1YO..........that's when my kids STTN. DS is nowhere near that - he's just started giving 4 hour stretches and he's almost 8 months......

Re: had a hard day today
There are good days and bad days.
I've stopped trying to look too far into the future to when it'll get better. Instead, I take each day as it comes.
Some days suck. Some days are OK. Some days are good. Then, we're back to sucking.
One day at a time.
Hang in there MamaJan. Hope tomorrow is a better day!
Obviously I am not there yet, but am fearful of what is to come and wanted to send you some encouragement!
I promise you it gets better.
