Pre-Application is complete & will be in the mail tomorrow! :)

We picked an agency & got the pre-application filled out, faith questions answered, check written for application fee, picked out a photo to send in, & will put everything in the mail tomorrow morning. I'm very excited that we have officially "started" the process!!!! How long did it take from the time you mailed in the application until you heard from someone? Just curious how long we will be waiting. Patience is definitely not one of my strong areas ( although I'm working on it!).  Anyways just wanted to share my excitement. I know it's a small step but it's a very important small step!!!!

We heard back two days later.  Our agency called the day after they recieved it which was nice.  You'll learn patience through out this process that's for sure.  Good luck to you!

We just completed ours as well.  How do you feel?  I'm a little nervous, excited, apprehensive etc.

Wow - 2 days? That's fast!!! We are mailing less than 45 miles away so hopefully we will hear back next week then for sure!  

 

I am definitely all 3 of those things too!!!! Mostly anxious though I guess. I've been a little stressed just with the pre-application faith questions so I'm a little nervous about how stressful the Home Study will be!!!! Congrats to you too! I'm glad there is someone else on here in basically the exact same "spot" as we are! It will be nice to keep up with each other during the process.
