PSA: H&M Maternity!

Hey Mamas!

I just got wind that H&M recently came out with a maternity line. I called Mall of America and they have it in the store. I'm headed there now but just thought I would let you know since I love the store and the prices. I hate spending a lot of money since mat clothes don't last that long!

 I'll update when I get back! Hopefully the selection and prices are as good as I'm imagining!

they've had maternity for a while. I know it was out when I was pg with Kennedy...but it wasn't available in store in MN.

 

So glad to hear it will be when I get pg again!

I was there a few months ago and was disappointed with their line.  It was no cuter than Old Navy (maybe worse); they fell into the maternity-clothes-must-be-hideous trap.  Hopefully the line now is better!

I just went there today and my goodness MOA was busy. Luckily the Mat. section in H&M was the only dead part of the store. I bought 2 tops ($25 each) and I am very happy with them. I would have bought more had I the patience to stand in line, but my back was killing my and so were my feet.

I asked the woman when they came out with the line, she said they didn't come to this store until June but I guess it came out in April to other stores.

Ahh success!

I went to H&M this past weekend and was definitely disappointed.  For a store with such cute clothes otherwise, I was surprised that the maternity clothes were so blah.  There were a few cute things...the jeans looked cute...until I tried them on.  I am usually an 8-10 jean so when I tried on a 12 I thought the would be roomy.  NOPE, I couldnt even get them past my thighs!  I'm not sure what was up with that...I went down the way a little bit to Gap Kids and got some cute maternity clothes on sale in my correct size

There is also a store (not maternity) called Francescas (Rosedale, and the outdoor malls in Woodbury and Maple Grove) that has stretchy comfy dresses/shirts that are comparable in price to maternity clothes but much cuter.  I have been very disappointed with all of the maternity stores so far
