2nd Trimester

Move little guy, MOVE!!

It's crazy how much we worry when we don't feel our LO move when he usually does. I woke up with a very strange feeling (like something was worng with him) followed by very bad pains in my tummy. They are shooting, and come and go. Still haven't felt the baby move all day. Any suggestions or thoughts that could help, or at least calm me down. I worry so much about this. Thanks Ladies

  • I can usually get LO to move if I poke or jiggle my belly.

  • I barely felt anything at 16 weeks, so I think its still pretty early?

But if your having shooting pains and have a bad feeling...I'd call the doc.

This is my 2nd baby, I have actually felt the baby move since 14 weeks!!! That's why I'm worried

  • If you're not anti-caffiene, I'd try some soda.  It gets Maggie jumpin all over the place :)

  • I hate soda's, but hey whatever works!! Thanks!!!!

  • you could also try some orange juice...this works for me.  But at 16 weeks its possible that the baby could have just moved and is kicking somewhere that you cant feel yet, you know?

If the pain doesnt stop...id call the Dr.
