Mia Moda Stroller - anyone use this brand?

I'm just curious to see if anyone has used this brand of strollers before and what you think of it?

DH will be travelling about the same amount of time again this year it seems, so I'll be heading up to my parents house in WA once a month or so for sometimes a week at a time. I was looking at strollers before summer, but then decided to just pack my huge Graco stroller for our three week trip. HUGE mistake, definitely not a good travel storller... SO I'm beginning my search again.  I really like the Graco Ipo style of strollers and they seem to get decent reviews. I'm looking for something that will be lightweight, durable, and better for when we travel, but that won't tip over as soon as I take Emma out.

If you have had experience with the Graco Ipo stroller or the Mia Moda ones, please tell me what you think of them. If you have another suggestion, I'd love to hear it! :-)  I do need something that is 100 or less preferably. We currently have the BRU Especially for Baby umbrella stroller and it's great for little trips to the park, but not good for much else.

 Thanks ladies!

Re: Mia Moda Stroller - anyone use this brand?

  • If it were me, I would pay a little bit more and get a Maclaren Volo from BRU, I think they're about $119. ?I don't know the other strollers you're talking about, but Maclarens are of such good quality and design, and I think they're more comfortable to push than other umbrella strollers as the handles are a little taller.

  • I have thought about getting a Maclaren - thanks! I know that they're not much over my desired price and I do see them EVERYWHERE! :-) The taller thing doesn't really matter to me, but DH would love that for sure! Thank you - I'll make a note of that!
