Hello ladies! Since I'm going in for my induction tonight at 8 PM, I'm posting the weekly update a day early. If all goes well and my baby is born tomorrow (8/14/09) I won't be posting an update next Friday since it will be the day of my son's Bris.
Last week was a Team Pink baby boom! Sunny70 (Chandra) gave birth to Brigid on 8/4; Puckchick gave birth to Fiona Clare on 8/6; and SFAug07 (Kathi) gave birth to Sarah Elisabeth on 8/7. Congratulations once again!
So here's our list. I probably won't catch updates for a bit, however. But I'll try to keep this going even after I have my baby.

As I posted yesterday no real news for me just waiting out the last few weeks. Come on Babies!!
First let me say "you're CRAZY"! In the best possible way. I would never be as calm and composed as you are (have been). Wow, in less then 12 hours you are going to be in the hospital being induced. I would be running around all crazed. So cheers to your organization - and the birth of your LO.
If you are able to add me to the list I am due 12/27/09 and we are going for the US today to hopefully find out whether we are to expect a boy or girl. So I'll update you later.....after you have your baby....after the Bris...after you have had a chance to settle into being a mom! But all my best wishes and I can't wait to hear all about the birth of your son!

Well, we accepted the offer on our house and will be moving in three weeks. We are going into an apartment for 6 months while our new house is being built. The baby will be born during that time so no nursery until she's about 3 months old (boo). It will be worth it in the end.
Oh, and DH felt the LO moving for the first time last night. So cool.

I have been out of touch the past week or so.......had some vacation time that I needed to use before I go out on maternity leave, so I took some time off and DH and I had a little "staycation" at home with Justin the last several days. Justin's 2nd birthday was last week, so we celebrated that and did a few other fun activities with him while I was off. We took the time to have a 3D ultrasound done -- so amazing! The u/s tech told me that I am "all baby" and that we have a "good size one" in there. LOL! We shall see.
I am feeling good and have started weekly visits to the OB as of this past Monday. It's crazy to think that I am that close already! We have the baby's room done for the most part, the only thing I really have left to do is launder the newborn clothes and blankets before s/he arrives. We've settled on names, no matter whether it's a boy or girl, and are really just in waiting mode now!
Hope everyone else is doing well. Congrats to all of the new mommies!

All is well with me and baby boy. He is measuring a week ahead of schedule per my sonogram last week. Hopefully this means he will arrive a week early!

SSSOOOOOOO excited for you!! I remember the night before I was induced with Pumpkin and it was so bizarre to know that you will meet the LO in less than 24 hours. I folded her laundry and got all teary eyed that the next time I saw those tiny liitle clothes, she would be here and able to wear them. Gosh, I get all teary eyed now, just thinking about it.
Good luck to you for an easy labor! I can't wait for the update and pics.
All is good here, just trying to get work wrapped up and the house completed. Same story, different week. LOL
Robyn, you will have a baby in your arms tomorrow!! I am so excited for you. Can't wait to hear all about it and see your sweet boy.

Still feeling bleh, but I'm hoping it will pass soon!
We have to make a decision about the NT scan by the end of the week.
I dreamed last night that we had an ultrasound and we found out that we were having a girl. Michelle Duggar did our ultrasound. LOL. Weird I know! But if anyone should know it would be her considering all the ultrasounds she has seen over the years.

Nothing new going here. I have a dr.'s apt. this afternoon. I am just hoping that I don't get the "weight" talk. I also have the childbirth class tonight which I have to do solo since DH had to travel to NYC for work today
Other than I just trying to unpack boxes...

I'm doing well. Still haven't felt movement I don't think (this is totally gross, but I am so dang gassy I wonder if I'm mistaking baby movement from air in my belly!). We have our big u/s next week and I can't wait.

I have no updates except to say I am feeling overwhelmed. I haven't started my registry yet and I don't think I have said on here that we are building our house and that is starting to cause me some real anxiety. We have been sailing through but there are so many choices to be made right now. Just picked our granite and tile... have to pick paint colors this week (drywall is being delivered as I type). I am planning a nursery in my head because I have no walls yet ;(
I am feeling really lucky to be here at this point. Having a baby with the man I love and building our dream house together, but... I think I am on the verge of some sort of breakdown. I have to keep reminding myself to breathe and stay calm. If I let mind wander too much, I get freaked out.
By the way... we are supposed to be in in late September and I am not due until January 4th, so it's not like we're cutting it too close. It's just a lot all at once.

I hope everything goes smoothly and you can soon enjoy being a new mom. Not too much news on my end. I will be ten weeks Sunday. I still feel nauseous, but I am still out running which seems to be the only thing that makes me feel good. I am hoping that when I hit 12 weeks this m/s will go away. I am beginning to gain weight, although I don't weigh myself. The nurse weigned me for my life insurance underwriting and I'd gained 5 lbs. already, which seems like a lot and kind of upset me. My belly is beginning to get a little bit bigger and last week at the mall, I took a peek at maternity clothes at the Gap. I was relieved that they looked cute.

I've been having trouble with swollen feet, heartburn, and insomnia this week. Ah...the joys of pregnancy. But, it's all worth it!
We have our tour of the maternity ward at the hospital I'm delivering at on Sunday. And Thursday is my appointment for the glucose tolerance test (1 hour). Can't believe I'm almost in my 3rd trimester - where does the time go??

I saw that I am near the top of your list sorted by due date. I hope that means I am having this baby soon. Every day feels like a eternity and I'm not even overdue yet. Wow, all you ladies that have gone 40+ weeks are rockstars in my book. I hope I find some reserve of strength to make it through the rest of this pregnancy...I'm quickly losing my mind.
