Dr. Jekyll/Mr.Hyde co-irker update

So I mentioned my raging alcoholic co-irker last week.  He notified my manager (he's a tech) that I expect too much of him on calls. So my manager brings this to my attention - to which I respond that I need him for the technical aspects.  What hoebag!  I'm so glad I'm on vacation tomorrow.

What a D-bag move!! i would be pissed too!!! I hope you enjoy your vacation and may D-bag Co-irker will Chill out when you get back... In my experience that never happens lol... But i hope work gets a lil better for you.. My famous term is CYA! COVER YOUR ASS!! no matter what you do make sure you write things down when ever you have to contact with him.. and when situations arrise like this where he ratted you out for nothing and made you look bad you can say well on these occasions i can explain to you what happened and you tell me if you think i am asking to much of him? I was in a similar situation where a co irker was running to our supervisor every 5 minutes trying to get me in trouble for various things in which she manipulated situations to make me look bad... I however CYA'd and she ended up being the one who got repremanded! Being she was the one makeing everything hard on everyone! It was petty and un called for however i did what needed to be done to Save my ass as much as i didnt want to stoop to her level of tattle taling.. I even tryed to settle it as adults and talk out our differences but me being 26 and her being 40 something she told me i was being a cocky kid... then she told me i was condescending.. It was the most annoying month of my life until i was finally able to have HR step in and do something to put an end to it!! Now we still dont like each other but we put our differences aside and get the job done.. as i was trying to do the whole time!! (PS I WAS TRAINING THIS WOMEN)
