anyone have issues with childrens place and ordering online?

I placed an order online almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven't recieved it!  It says it shipped on the 6th and was out for delivery since yesterday morning at 9am and I still haven't recieved it over 24 hours later! Any else have this problem?? I'm on hold with children's place now to see if they know what the hold up is, but i have been on hold for over a half hour and there are still 28 calls ahead of me which has only gone down by 2 people in a half hour!

if it says "out for delivery" I'd say you need to call the delivery people (UPS? Fedex?)

I had this problem with my order from them.  They sent it UPS, and it said out for delivery.  However, I did not receive it until the next day.
