Would you buy an exersaucer that had been recalled?

The Evenflo ExerSaucer 3 in 1 pond was recalled late last year.  So they have a fix for it, just have to order a part for free from Evenflo and it fixes the recalled issue.  So my question is, if you could fix it and it would no longer have issues, would you still buy it?

No, just because there are so many other options out there and I'm super paranoid. But it does look like it was a relatively minor issue and has a fix so I'm sure it's probably fine.

But I'm not a fan of exersaucers to begin with.

I just bought E the Evenflo jungle 3 in 1 exersaucer. We have it currently in stage 2. It is a nice one. I personally would buy the new one they have that is the jungle theme. I got it at TRU just a month ago.

I would.  Think of it this way, if you had bought it new and then faced the recall would you have fixed it or thrown it out?

If I had my heart set on that particular one, sure. It's a minor fix. But I'm lazy so I'd probably just find something else.

lol -Ditto K.  I'm too lazy to fix it so I'd rather just buy a different one unless I really, really liked the recalled one or the price difference was significant.

I doubt I'd buy it, but if someone gave it to me for free, then I'd take it.

yeah, I agree with above, depends how cheap or free it was. A hassle is a hassle, they have them all over CL for super cheap anyway.
