She's napping this late? Heck, yes, I'd wake her.

DS wouldn't go to bed until 10 or 11 if he napped until 6.

I wake Lila up all the time if she's slept for more than 2.5 hours.  I say do it.

do u do the class w/natalie? she was telling me about the class and really seems to like it. im thinking of starting once back to work!

ditto!  Otherwise, J is up until 9-10pm and wants to sleep-in in the morning.

Wow. What I wouldn't have done for a child that slept more than 30 min at at time for 10 months and routinely takes 1 hour naps. I never had to wake up DD from too much sleeping. : (

Heck yes!  Especially for pilates.  Normally, I let DS sleep his asss off...and he takes 3+ hr. naps most days!  But, if I had somewhere to be I'd wake him and put his butt in the car!  Have fun!
