Please recommend your double stroller

Re: Please recommend your double stroller

  • I recommend the BOB Revolution Duallie. I have a single and a double and love it!

  • I have a Phil & Ted's sport buggy, with the double attachment.  LOVE it.  I obviously haven't added the attachment yet but I knew there was no way I could do the BOB dualie bc I love to shop and you can't fit through the racks, LOL.  Those were the 2 I was deciding between and went with the P&T's...couldn't be happier with my choice.

If I was doing a single stroller, I would go with the BOB.

  • I have a P&T Vibe with the doubles seat. Or I will have the doubles seat when I get around to ordering it.

    You left your message vague.

How do you want to use your stroller?  jogging?  just neighborhood walks? mall? Trails? beach?  travel?

What is the age difference in your children?

What type of area do you live in? City? Country roads?

My two will be 3yrs 2m apart. Jack is in school four days a week so I didn't want a true double stroller. This way I can still push it normally whether Jack is in it or not. Plus the doubles seat pops off really easily. If he wants to walk then the balance won't be thrown off because the P&T is the size of a single. I can also jog with it. It's not a full running stroller but I can jog a couple miles with no problems. Of course not with the double's seat attached. We also travel a fair amount and I do not want to push a giant side by side or double long stroller through an airport. It will be perfect for trips to the zoo because Jack can hop in the back seat for a ride to the next exhibit if he gets tired and then can hop out on his own.  Plus with him already being three when #2 arrives, he won't be in a stroller for much longer meaning I wouldn't have wasted a lot of money on a double that I might only use for about another year or so. Then it would be for zoo trips and such and for those I can rent the little wagon strollers.

  • I agree with last poster- need more info.  Some double strollers are geared towards an infant and a toddler, some are geared towards two infants, etc.

We are having twins and are getting a Graco DuoGlide because it can accomodate 2 infant seats and I like the tandem set up for when they are babies.  After awhile, we will switch to a side by side.
