Anchorage/ Mat Su Baby classes?
Just wondering if any one had any info on area baby/birthing classes. I have found some on the hospital websites. Are those basicially my only choices or are there other possibilities?
I'm also looking for area exercise classes for preggo women. I am having a hard enough time now exercising and I am sure I'll get no walking in once winter hits. (This will be my second Alaskan winter and I am still a wimp!)
This is my first baby so I want to get all the info I can under my belt.
