dd has had a cold for a week now.  never had a fever and has been eating fine.  pedi had previously told me i only needed to bring her in if she had a fever or wasn't eating like usual but should i call since it's been a week?  the runny nose has stopped but she's still stuffy and congested.....there's probably nothing the doc can do anyway?  should i call?

I would - just to let him know what's going on. Let him tell you that he can't really do anything.
