What to mix with plums for DD?

I wanted to try some plums out and I read on wholesomebabyfood that you might want to mix them with something, as plums tend to be bitter.

What should I mix? I have peaches, but I was thinking maybe apples?

    i feel like i've seen gerber mix apples and plums, but i could be wrong.  I just look on theirs for inspiration.  lol.

    Awesome suggestions! I think I will try both with the plums.

    And, well, it can't hurt and it might help me eat more fruits!
