Breaking out!

I'm 4dp5dt. When I woke up this morning I looked in the mirror and my skin looks awful! Blotchy and red, with zits popping up everywhere. It's the medication, right? I'm on PIO and estrogen patches right now.

Did others have this reaction? Any tips on how to make it better?

I broke out big time on progesterone and clomid. It was awful. My just went away after a while. Sorry, I know it sucks. GL!

I did clomid and had no issues, but with the Progesterone supps (not PIO) caused me to break out big time.  

 Hopefully it has nothing to do with either and it is a good sign! :-)

I use a face wash from Mary Kay that is safe to use if you are pg. It's made for oily/combination skin.

Progesterone makes me break out so bad and nothing worked a first. I just use a gentle cleanser at night and try not to touch my face, at all. I also religiously clean my cell phone and pillowcases, to get all that gunk off it. Now it's getting better but I didn't take Progesterone this cycle either.
