Whole milk Q

For those of you giving whole milk, how much does your LO drink during the day? We are in the process of transitioning Sam to milk completely.  We are now at 50-50 formula and milk and it seems to be going well.  He gets 4 bottles of this a day (8 oz. each).  When you transition to all milk, how many bottles and how many oz. do you give? He still gags/chokes on table foods, so he is getting only purees as solids in addition to his bottles.  Also, how much yogurt is too much? He loves it and eats a ton.  TY!

Around 13.5 months DS dropped down to 3 8oz cups of milk per day. I don't know how much he is *supposed* to be getting, but he does eat yogurt for lunch daily & gets at least 1-2 servings of cheese every day. I don't think you can give them too much yogurt, as long as they are still getting everything else they need & the yogurt isn't replacing any certain food group.
