WW: so frustrated!

I've been doing WW faithfully for several weeks now.  I've also been jogging/walking a few miles at least 4-5 nights a week.....and haven't been using my activity points or all of my Flex points (maybe 20 a week).  I'm not down ANYTHING this week.  I was hoping for a big loss because I've been so good, and all I want to do now is dive into a bowl of ice cream.  I lost 55 lbs on WW a few years ago and don't know why this isn't working :(  Any advice?

  • Sometimes if you are doing a lot of activity and not using up all of your points, your body can go into starvation mode and slow down your metabolism.  This may be happening to you ???

    Hopefully next week is a better week and you see some weight loss on the scale:-)

    Your body is thinking you are starving yourself, so it is storing all it can.  Eat your alloted points and if you do activities.. eat most if not all of those points.  Also, increase your water intake
