It keeps not working.  Anyone familiar with picasaweb albums?  Do they not link properly?

I'm familiar with Picasa Web albums.  And I figured out what you need to do to PIP a photo.

Step 1: Click on Link to this Photo

Step 2:  Select Size ? I use "Small 288 px" for this board. 

Step: 3: Click "Image only (no link)"

Step 4:  Copy the "Embed Image" URL

Step 5: Paste it between Image codes (see below):

[IMG*]Embed Image URL[/IMG*] 

? NOTE: remove the * (asterisks) and have no spaces between the brackets and web address.

You just need to use those IMG codes with the link and the photo will work.  Here's an example of one of mine:
