Ondansetron + Tylenol = ok?

Just wondering if anyone here knows if it is safe to take tylenol at the same time as the zofran generic.  I don't know what's worse, the nausea or the migraine.

I would take the zofran first if you feel like you might throw up.  But if it's just nausea and you think you'll have no problem keeping down the tylenol, take em both.

I'm not actually puking, just always feel on the verge of it   So it's ok to mix these two drugs then?

I know that my doctor said it was ok to take promethazine (phenergan generic) and vicodin (which has tylenol in it) at the same time but recommended I take the nausea med 30 mins before the pain med to avoid puking it up. I hope you feel better!
