Bug Spray

Is this safe???  I am going camping tomorrow and want to make sure its ok to use.

    I know you shouldn't be using anything with DEET in it.  My OB told me to buy children's OFF.

    yeah, we have the "family" version and I just try not to put it near my face so I'm not breathing it in

    My OB said that normal OFF is okay as long as it's occassional.  He said he did alot of research and you basically have to take a bath in the stuff to cause any harm.

     You can also try the OFF clip on unit.  It circulates air around you that is laced wtih repellant instead of applying it to your body.  It works pretty well actually (aside from it being a bit heavy to have hanging on your belt.)

    Personally, I think your best bet is a misquito net... Not worth the risk.
