Thank you.  Oh, and I wasn't married to teagan's biological father.  We were in a relationship that I had ended right around the time I found out I was pregnant.  I wanted to try to make things work but then I realized that I would be better off raising her alone than being with him.  Things worked out for the best and like you said, I have a wonderful man and two beautiful girls.  It's funny how life works ya know?

Thank you for the nice things you said.  I really do appreciate it.  It's been bugging me for awhile now, so I decided to open up and be honest today.

I remember now. For some reason I thought you got married, but now I remember. I had to reach back to 2nd tri for that one. lol

I'm glad you opened up about it. I just hope you start feeling better about it. You have NOTHING to be ashamed of or embarrassed by. Especially because of someone who is too ashamed/embarrassed by her own feelings that she needed an AE to say that to you.

I guess I just felt like if she thought it, how many other people thought it too ya know?  It adds to the stress of having to tell Teagan one day that DH isn't her biological dad...hopefully it goes well.

I can't imagine how heavy that thought must be. But I can say that I'm pretty damn sure Teagan isn't going to bat an eyelash at it. Considering DH has always treated her like she's his anyway. She may be curious about bio-dad, but certainly won't blame you for wanting to move on to find a better one for her.
